CISW Holding Group – Work Plan

CISW Holding Group, as the parent organization, focuses its work plan on long-term strategic development through global investment structures, multinational partnerships, and ESG-aligned business models. The group is responsible for building a robust holding company system that supports sustainable growth in wellness, real estate, education, and digital sectors. It leads international collaborations through joint ventures, sovereign fund alignments, and institutional engagements. A key component of the work plan also includes preparing affiliated entities for IPO readiness, establishing global governance frameworks, and driving international expansion through diplomatic and financial channels.

CHG Global Summits serves as the flagship international event platform under CHG Global Organization, and its work plan focuses on organizing 12 high-impact global forums annually across diverse sectors. These summits are designed to unite public and private stakeholders, promote investment, and accelerate global cooperation in areas such as wellness, energy, tourism, education, and climate action. The work plan includes the planning and execution of international exhibitions, business matching programs, NFT ticketing and blockchain access systems, and certification ceremonies.
